Categories and tags are written into the frontmatter of skill files (metadata.category and metadata.tags), while collections are stored in a local JSON file, ensuring all data is purely local with no service dependencies. Core features include a visual settings panel (browse, search, filter, and edit categories and tags), one-click enable/disable of skills (via the disable-model-invocation field), an input box for selecting skills hierarchically by collection folders, and the /skillmgr slash command suite covering all functions.
